What IS the ATC Wellness Program?
A friendly, fun competition among ATC employees and families that encourages healthier lifestyles running all year long!
HOW does the program work?
Teams accumulate points thru a variety of DAILY healthy lifestyle choices made in three categories: Eating/Nutrition, Moving/Exercise and Thinking/Education.
When does it start?
April 1st, but you can join anytime and move at your own pace.
How do I do it?
Enter your healthy eating and exercise for the day into the website.
Do I win anything?
After each training zone, ATC will honor individual and team accomplishments with prizes.
How to join?
Individuals or teams sign up by going to Health-lete Fitness.
What is “Wellness”?
Wellness is defined as the quality of state of being in good health. Wellness is a dynamic process involving emotional, environmental intellectual, occupational, physical, social and spiritual aspects.
