Portobello Mushroom Grill

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 4 Portobello Mushroom caps (Frisbees)

1. Preheat grill to medium. Mix red pepper, garlic, onion, salt, ground pepper, olive oil.

2. Remove stems & gills from mushrooms. You can chop stems & add to mixture above

3. Place caps in a pan & marinate in a mixture of olive oil & Balsamic for 15 minutes. Flip them halfway through the time. Marinate longer if you have the time.

4. Fill caps with the mixture.

5. Lightly oil grill, place mushrooms over indirect heat. Cover cook 15-20 minutes.
